I'm sooo annoyed
At least 2-3 times a week, my DH has a little X-Box "tournament" in our living room with him and his cousin. Today it lasted from 4pm to 10pm. Other nights it can last from 10pm to 4-5am. I get so p!ssed at him when I tell him or show how angry I am, he tells me that he's working, I'm not  and can't he enjoy his day or time off? This damn x-box is ruining my life....whatever happened to spending time with the wife and kid?

I hear you girl... FH is addicted to Lineage (online computer game)... and I can't tell you how many times we fight about it.. he lives and breathe this game 
His excuse is .. "it relaxes him" BLAH! I work my *** off too, where is my relaxation? Garbage doesn't just magically get itself into the can and onto the curb..
grrr...

Remind him that you are WORKING! Raising a child is no cake walk.
Could you two compromise on a certain amount of time for him to do these things?

Today I told him that since he was doing this early...end it by 8. His cousin just went home 10 minutes ago. My DH doesn't listen to me anymore.
Edited to say: He knows how hard it is to take care of Jared. I went out to get a massage once and when I came home..he was huffing and puffing and needed to "calm down".

No joke, when I was 3 years old, my whole family was playing Colecovision and ignoring me. I walked right up to it (while they were playing Donkey Kong), picked it up, and dropped it on the floor.

Same here, but instead of XBox, it's PS2. Geeze. I thought that once you get married, you and DH go to bed together? Not here. He rolls into bed at 2am then when I try to wake him at 8, he screams.
I feel like I already have a child it's horrible.

DH plays 7 nights a week. And, he would play even longer if I didn't "hog" the TV from 8-10 every night.

I don't scream at the computer screen when I'm angry either.... I asked him if he could limit his play time to at least once a week. He "promised", but lately his promises mean nothing.
