I always have my band on, but I don't usually wear e-ring.
I do the same thing. I also take my wedding band off to sleep, clean, shower & if I am painting or something of that nature.

I take them off immediately when getting home from work. Don't want them to get dirty while cooking.
Sometimes in the summer when my fingers swell, I can't put them on.
Other than that, I wear them all the time.

My wedding band comes off only when I shower...I wear my e-ring every day also - just don't sleep with it.
I would never NOT wear it b/c I was fighting with DH...that seems immature.

My wedding band and ering don't match that well plus its just too much diamonds when they are together

I actually forget to wear it sometimes. I have never worn any jewelery... of any sort (not even a watch).
So wearing a ring is a new thing for me. Sometimes I am just running quick out of the house and forget it.
At least DW doesn't break my balls over not wearing it.

Same exact thing that always happened to Anthony after we first got married. he used to forget to wear the ring CONSTANTLY.... because before the wedding he never wore any type of jewlery either.. he hates watches too and doesn't wear one.. so rememberign to put a ring on in the morning just wasn't a habit for him, until he started leaving it somewhere he couldn't miss it
SOOO... I cut him some slack  just like Vanessa does
But you DO get used to it.. close to one year later and he pretty much always remembers to wear it now

I don't wear my e-ring to work. I always ahve my hands in garbage bags and stuff and I'd be afraid to lose it. Also sometimes I just can't wear it because anytime I wear any jewelry my skin gets some kind of reaction. So I wear it for a few days then I have to take it off for a few days. And I can't sleep in it or I'll wake up in the middle of the night ina lto of pain completely unable to get it off my finger. i have such bad allerges that I wake up completely puffy!

I only wear my e-ring and eternity band when I am going out somewhere. I have a platinum band that matches Dh's ring that I wear every day. I have this fear that I am going to loose a diamond out of one of my rings so I don't want to take the chance.
edited to say: answer to the posts question- I never took it off due to a fight..what would be the point?

I haven't been able to wear mine since I got PG and had my son (going on almost 2 years now!).... I feel so naked with out them, but my fingers swelled and gained a size, and even though I lost the baby weight, they still don't fit. I am not getting them resized until I finish having children I do have a plain sterling silver wedding band I got cheap to wear if we go somewhere fancy. BUt I miss my diamonds!!

I wear my rings almost all of the time. I don't wear them at all when I garden or clean or do cooking that requires using my hands in direct contact with the food. I wear my band when I go horseback riding because I don't want to get dirt in my e-ring.

Since I work at the beach in the summer, I do not wear my e-ring or eternity band at work. I wear my plain white gold band. Since I work six days a week, I feel like I barely wear the nice ones anymore!

I do pretty much the same thing with my rings.
My hubby cant wear his band anymore since his wrist surgery. The band doesnt fit and we cant have it stretched because of the custome engraving of celtic knot work on the band. So he wears it on his silver chain around his neck  It doesnt bother me. In fact I prefer he not wear it because of his job. Even though he wears rubber gloves I would be so afraid he'd loose his band in someone's luggage 
I dont care if wore it around his big toe, as long as he has that band somewhere on his body So it's on his chain.

there is a ring I have that only fits on my ring finger. It is yellow gold so if I am trying to stay in all gold, I will wear it.
