THE OFFICIAL TransFIRMer THREAD!
I did the Supercharged Sculpting DVD (I am going to try and do the program that comes with the kit.) As a beginner, I did not use weights, but think I will on Wednesday. I really love it- and what I loved most is that the same moves aren't repeated a ridiculous number of times, so it doesn't get boring! It is so much fun!

So far SS is my favorite along with the Jiggle Free (JF) series. I'm learning to love ABS too. Still hate UCB! OMG...Watch that before you do it...it'll help.
Definitely get a Heart Rate Monitor too. I feel so good seeing how much calories I burn doing these workouts!
ETA: Not to mention a HRM is great for counting APs too if you're doing WW.

I bought mine at Target last week on sale for $50! I think it is usually $59 there. I have not used it yet, but I do stare at the box! I'm on my way!

That is how I felt when I got mine. I kept looking at the box for about a week and then decided Monday would be my start day, to go along with the rotation

You will have to help me with that- I am just doing what the rotation book says- I don't know how to "create" rotations

On "REST DAY" are you supposed to rest from exercise or just from the transfirmer?
I have been resting period- not sure that is such a good thing . . . .

I have been resting period- not sure that is such a good thing . . . .
Definitely in the beginning rest 100%. Eventually get in some light activity like walking.
I feel like I'm starting all over again because any good I did with the FIRM I ruined when I was sick and couldn't workout for 3 weeks. But...I'm feeling good, so I'm adding a light workout on the rest days.

I'm TOTALLY the same way!!! I think that's why I love SS. It's easy to follow. I have the hang of ABS, but UCB I don't know how many times I rewind it.
