im used to that stuff now.

i actually think he called up and complained for being kicked out.....

cuz i had the tv on at work last naight and hte news flashed a Hasidic Jew's picture and then Barnes & Noble....

the guy was a hasiic. im thnking he complained to the tv that he was injusticly thrown out

ok first off can i just say im REALLY offended how you all are talking about how my dh did the wrong thing, ok. HE did not visualy witness the guy doing it. And it turns out the guy "just" had his hands in his pants and it appeared like he was playing with himself.... (im sure he was though) but it wasnt "out"..... and DH told the guy when he kicked him out if he ever saw him again he was going to call the cops.......

second, here is the UPDATE:

the guy came back today!!!!!!!!!!
turns out that he IS mentally challenged. he came in today and dh said to him "what did i tell you yesterday?" and then some guy is like "whoa whoa whats goin on? im his gaurdian"....

turns out the guy was with his group yesterday but the guardian left him alone downstairs by himself.

dh took the guardian aside and told him what happened and how he had to go.

he apologized.

SO.... that guy on tv wasnnt the guy.

and DH used his better judgemnt in not calling the cops the first time since he could tell there was somehting wrong with him.

the moral of the story i guess is that the gaurdian did NOT do his job correctly.
i hope he wont let this guy out of his sight agian.

and for the record, i personally am happy dh didnt call the cops. i'd feel bad if he got arrested or anything. hes mentally retarded and doesnt know any better.

crazy story though huh?!

i think from your first post i TOTALLY understand why people think the police should have been called...

You said he was J***ing off...in the childrens section of the store...

not only would the police have come...they probably would have arrested him...

Yes this turned out to be a DD adult...But i would always opt on the side of caution...

I certainly would have called the cops...And that wouldn't have changed for me even if he was DD.

DD can most certainly be a serious risk to the community ...especially those with pedophila tendencies....which there are PLENTY OF...

So that the place in which he lives can provide better supervision...

in all honesty this is a serious issue
