do your kiddies watch TV? be honest ;-)
DS (12 months) watches stuff like sesame, little einsteins. Not constantly, but he does watch...just wanted to see what other people do...

Yup my son is almost four. He really doesn't like TV only watched Blue Clue BUT he LOVES movies. He watches lots of Disney movies. If it is ugly outside and we can't go out, or while he is eating lunch. I don't think it's a big deal.

Ellie has one Baby Einstein video. We started at 4 mos. She doesn't watch it everyday, but maybe once every other day. When she gets older I'm sure there will be TV.

Nate watches Jack's Big Music Show daily, usually in th evenings when I'm trying to get dinner together. On the weekends we watch Sesame Street.
Last night we caught him watching "Dancing with the Stars" with us. Instead of playing with his toys, he was leaning on the ottoman mesmerized.

sure, but at 2.5, he watches very little. Maybe 1/2-1 hour a day. He'll either watch Sesame Street in the morning or something like Blue Clues, Bob the Builder, Handy Manny, Clifford or Curious George.

her favorite shows are Jack's music show, The Wonder Pets, Dora, Diego, Lazytown and the Backardigans.

I DVR all of these and some others so he always has something to watch

Yes, Jeremy watches only because I have it on for Emma.
We watch Sesame Street, Blues Clues, Little Einsteins and Mickey Mouse Club House.

He is really just interested in Sesame Street (LOVES!) and Blues Clues. I also have an Elmo tape which has a bunch of Elmos World episodes that he loves very much!

Yes he loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Handy Manny. I'll put on Sesame Street when I take a shower and put him in his crib.
He is only so/so interested in Barney and blues clues. During the day he is too busy tearing my house down to sit and watch TV

Kevin watches too much TV but I'd never get anything done without it.
He watches a Baby Einstein after breakfast and then usually Diego after that. He also likes Blue's, Dora, Oobi & Jack's Big Music Show.
I've also turn on cablevisions music channels and let him listen to classical, jazz, country... when he's playing in the living room with his toys. i wish they had a children's music channel for little kid's music not just Radio Disney.

I think Sidney watches way too much. If the TV is off she will go over and turn it on herself. Then she'll grab the remote and hand it to me while she pats her head...this means she wants to watch the Head Shoulders Knees and Toes Einstein video. 
If I'm not directly playing with her she wants the TV on 
So I try to get out of the house as much as possible.

Emily watches TV. For some reason I feel funny if it isn't on -- like it is too quiet. So it's almost always on in our house. I rarely watch regular TV anymore---we always have on her channels.

At my mom's Greek morning shows and videos are on all day.

i dont put the tv on for my son, but when the tv is on he likes to look at it. I try to turn him away, but he keeps turning his head to watch. I did buy some baby einstein videos but I haven't used them yet.

Way more than I would like, but I really limit the commercial tv...I keep on Noggin most of the time, sometimes it is being watched, sometimes they are playing and ignoring it. They seem to have care bears movie fascination lately ( which is fab when my 2 y/o son runs around with a pink care bear and won't give it up)

I turn on the TV in the morning to watch the weather and he likes to watch it with me. After that, I turn the TV off the entire day - well, I put the music channels to listen to music (specially easy listening), but with the screen off. He has many Baby Einstein dvd's that my in laws sent to him, but I hardly ever put them on.

Logan is 9 months and loves little einsteins, doodlebops, higglytown heroes, sesame, and mickey mouse clubhouse...I guess he is a Disney channel boy!
ETA: he prefers toys and other children to the tv by far.

Yes. Jared watched Baby Einstein since he was a month old. Now he watches Noggin and Kids 13. He loves Curious George.

Ava (2) loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny and her newest obsession - The Comfy Couch.
On dvd she watches Annie and elmo uses The Potty.

Honestly yes but honestly less than an hour a day and really it's not every day. She doesn't like TV. Teletubbies holds her interest for a little while and Sesame Street sometimes. While I'm glad there are days where I wish it did hold her interest a little bit more so I could get some things done.
