The magainze comment made my day
It turned out so much better than my wedding shower (for a number of reasons, no need to go into now...)
The pacifiers were two lifesavers one held vertically, one horizontally, glued with a glue gun, then the mike and ike was stuck in the middle of the one horizontal and glued with the glue gun. She just took the glue gun and globbed a bit in the middle and stuck the mike and ike in.
Does that make sense at all? it was so simple to make.
Janice- thanks for commenting on the necklaces, It was so touching and so sweet. I love it!

OH and this is the dress I wore:

I shopped all over, Pea in the Pod in Manhasset, Dest Maternity in NYC, Dest Maternity in Huntington and couldnt find anything at all. I went to Macys and this was perfect! Its hard when you're carrying high belly and are tall to find a dress that doesnt look inappropriately short.
