I love NY too.
I miss the food and the friends...
But, it's not the "heartbeat of the US"...
It's but a tiny "island" that's like it's own amazing world.
But most of America can't relate to NY.

I  NY too. Sometimes I feel that I sacrifice a lot to live here by being so far away from my parents, but luckily I have my DH and sister near me.
I just came back from Myrtle Beach, staying in Richmond and NC too, and, I'm sorry, there is NOWHERE I would rather live.

I love NY I would move though. My brother is in florida with my brother and ALL of my DH family is in Florida. Its more expensive where they are though then it is here now  
Im here to stay... gotta love NYC

In all seriousness, NYC is my birthplace. If I could afford to live in Manhattan I would. Ive lived in LI and Queens for most of my life . I dont know if I will remain in NY, but thats where my heart will always be.

I Love NY as well. Family and friends are all here. I love the city (esp. in the winter). Ive visited other states (im sure we all have), but, realize, this is where I belong. I LOVE the season changes as well.
