Kaylee Quinn is finally home
I can not believe she is really home. Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers they really worked. Kaylee was born with a strange problem with her placenta and her umilical cord, for some reason her cord was MUCH smaller then normal which in return was slowly starving her. My doctor is a god sent because the doctors in NICU said that had she been born any earlier she would or later she may not have made it. My hair stands on end everytime i say that but it is the truth. Had they left her in any longer she would have starved to death, and if they took her earlier she would not have been developed enough to make it because her levels were so out of wack she would have had a real tough time because of her size. 6 days in NICU and a whole lot or prayers and tears but my baby is ok. I can not say enough about the doctors at St. Charles besides God they are the reason she is here today. They were going to transfer her to Stony Brook but they were affaid of the risks of moving her. Dh and i are so proud to have her home and be parents, now the tears of joy have NOT stopped flowing. She is so such an angel. I will post pics asap to show you all what a cute little peanut she really is. She was born at 9:53am on Sept 22. She was 5lbs 13oz and 18 inches long. She is so small and such a cutie. Thanks again for all of your thoughs and prayers.

That is such incredible news...I am so glad she is home where she belongs, right next to her proud and loving parents :)
