Rings getting too tight - what to do???

Well, it's happened. My rings are too tight. I can't even get my wedding band off right now Chat Icon

What did you all do when your rings got tight? I guess there is no way I can leave them on, right?

I just feel so naked without them...not to mention I feel a little bit weird walking around with no ring on my finger LOL

I think I might buy one of those cheapie fake bands.

Oh yea, and people should know that at that point in your pregnancy stuff doesn't fit right.

What about putting the rings on a chain and wearing the chain around your neck?
I would use vasiline to get the rings off at this point.

There is no way i could do this...while it sounds nice i would be terrified the chain would break and lose them!!

I think I'd be too afraid of losing them too. I will just put them in the safe and go buy a cheapie ring - probably a band - for now. I'm going to try and get my rings off tonight and then go look for a band tomorrow while I'm off.

Re: Rings getting too tight - what to do???

JT bought me a ring for Christmas to wear when mine are too tight. He also bought me another wedding band, but I don't think I want to keep it. i'm going ot return it. I really only want to wear my wedding band.

It's been about a month that I have not worn my wedding ring. I bought a really nice inexpensive ring at overstock.com and everyone thinks it's real.

Re: Rings getting too tight - what to do???

Get a Diamonique ring from QVC!

I plan on putting my plain white gold band on a chain if I ever get to the point that my rings don't fit anymore (there's no way I'd put my diamond band on a chain...)

Re: Rings getting too tight - what to do???

Make sure to take off your rings when the really get too tight- the jeweler told me he's had to cut off many rings that are stuck on pregnant ladies.

K, Don't even order one online... you can go to any accessories store, and get a nice flashy fake ring (Afaze, Claires, etc). Chat Icon
