It'll be in Suffolk - I'm thinking Hecksher Park or Northport (April 30th looks like it wins).
When I go see Rebecca and her gorgeous baby sometime this month (probably early April)it will be on the South Shore (Oceanside area).
I'm thinking we could do it monthly, so those that miss this month - can always make it the following month. I'll try to figure out my May dates - I'm thinking the 7th (Sunday) --- we could do a pre-mother's day brunch for us - even if it's just bagels in the park.

The 23 or the 30th is good for me Sara will be 2 months. I do have a small house but if it is not too many my house might be ok. Its only one level right now, the basement /den is under construction

Thanks!!!
I am so excited to meet some of my "mommies" in person and the little babies too.
Any of those Suffolk places sound great. My inlaws are in Nesconset and I still know my way around pretty well.

Ok so we'll do April 30th & hope it doesn't rain . I'd like to suggest Heckscher Park in Huntington. My guess is that by then they should be preparing for their Tulip Festival the following weekend (May 7th Tulip Festival).
There is a duck pond, a gazebo, museum & enclosed playground. We can have some of the mommies distract the security so we can get these pictures:

Most of the time, everyone says they are going & something comes up --- so really I'm expecting that only 2 moms will show up anyway (ok besides JenHos - she always shows ) I can't imagine there would be a line of people. I'm used to contending with nap times, feeding times & cranky times. If you need to leave at a certain time just let me know as soon as you get there.
When it gets closer I'll post to see how many moms think they'll be there. We'll work a time around Monkeybride/Jen's time that she can do. Figure we'll be there for a few hours hanging out. Most of the time I'm rushing to get back home. I'll be sure to make arrangements for that day. It's probably better if I dont bring mine. Last time I did - they wanted to get in every picture & when I told them to go play - they wound up playing in a garbage can.

One more thing since I just rec'd an FM from someone - you guys dont have to be a poster to go to this, it's just moms/moms to be getting together. As I said my friend who introduced me to this site never posts and just comes here for advice.
