Which Coffee Table do you like better?
I am on the hunt for a Round, Espresso colored coffee table.
So far, these 2 are in the running!
Here are also some pics of my living room in my apt so you can sort of try to visualize them in there. I REALLY am so sick of this huge Ikea monstrosity!
If you have seen any other nice round, espresso tables out there, please let me know. My budget is no more than $899,but am trying to keep it around $500.

I like the Bombay one better BUT I agree with Leese...the PB one has more space to put things on - which helps in an apartment...

I said the Potterybarn one because I <3 PB, I think it has great storage and it seems to flow better with your side tables. IMO

I agree on all counts and will add that I think it also goes better with your sofa & entertainment unit.

did you try crate- I did this same project 2 years ago- I got mine there
now I want round but upholstered

Yes I have been stalking C&B. They have nice ones in their Soho collection, but they are square and rectangular. I really want a round one. The do have an oval one in the Gallerie collection, but it has funky grains on top that I am not crazy about.

hmm... I got one of the ones you build yourself from them- don't recommend it- it was $300 and it hasn't lasted
I would go with them PB one then- it's really nice

I like the one from Bombay. My cousin has that one in her living room and it looks great! You can also place something small on the bottom of the one from Bombay if you needed to.

I like the pottery barn one better. I like that it has a bigger shelf underneath. I have the same Ikea monster. Ugh. I can;t wait to replace it someday.

bombay better because everyone I know who has pottery barn furniture says its crap. No JOKE!!
I would try levitts outlet (located in the back of every store) or Macys Furniture outlet. I know i saw some for around $300

i like the styling of the pottery barn one better, but i dont dislike the bombay one. if its a huge difference go with bombay, but i voted for pottery barn)

PB - Like the style better, more storage and I think it matches your side (end) tables much better.

YUP! This house was built in 1900. It's a 2 family house and the bathroom used to be in the hallway! So now there are 2 entrances into the apartment and we blocked one with the entertainment center. We are planning to get a plasma or LCD 42 or 50" before the end of the year and it will look better! We are only living here for about 2 years total (buying a house next year), so we didn't want to make huge improvements.

I like the PB one better with your other furniture - although I really love the Bombay one too.
My family room is living room and it is mostly Crate and Barrel. I had the hardest time with coffee and an end table to match - but I found it in Levitz of all palces (I normally do not like their furniture but they match exactly and I love it.)..but not round so won't help you.
