Needs to take a vacation every year? ( or more then once a year)

i would love to. i think we are going to try now to go on little vacations.
we want to go to Disney in march if possible.
having 3 dogs is hard finding a petsitter.
go figure.

We used to take a cruise every year since we got married. We're skipping one this year and doing one next October.

I take one full week off every year even if I don't go away. I just need to get away from the office.
The rest of the time that I have, I usually take as needed, to extend a weekend or because my son is off from school or home sick.

Yes, I need to go away at least 1 x per year if not more. EVen if it's just overnight or for the weekend, I need to get away.

I would love to take more vacations but ever since Alia came, it's become harder money wise.
I think we might take one next year instead of having the renewal. will see.

I need one a year. We pretty much already know next year's vacation - Cayman Islands with DH's family! I hate that we aren't going to take a vacation alone, but it's hard to turn down a free trip. We're going to try and do some weekend getaways by ourselves.

DH and I just took our honeymoon, but other than that we are the types of people who take lots of little trips every year. Lots of long weekends to driving destinations. It works out well because I hate to fly, but in the future when we have more money I think we will take more "longer" vacations.

I take vacations because I love to travel, not because I dislike work. It is nice to get a break. We would usually do two things a year. It was tough for us the past couple of years since DW and I were trying to get pregnant. It made our cruise to Bermuda a few weeks ago even more better. We want to go back!

I believe in taking one full week and going somewhere. Then I take a few random days here or there.
I need the vacation once a year to recharge. Especially now that we have a house AND demanding jobs. I feel like the only way for both of us to truly relax is to get out of the area to a resort! Otherwise there is constnatly something that needs to be done!

YES!! I need to get away at least once a year even if it's only for a couple of days. Doesn't even have to be far.
This year though I'm off from work for 3 months (using up all my vacation time) so the vacation will have to wait to till next year.

I need to take one at least once a year! After spending the summer catering to people who are on vacation, I usually am in desparate need of one around the first of October! Even if it's jsut to visit friends.

Yes!  Since the start of our relationship (early dating), DH and I have tried to go away on at least 2 week long vacations. So far, thankfully, we have accomplished this!  We have been very fortunate and have found a lot of great deals. We both need it to recharge.

YES! I have to go on at least 2 trips, each year. Whether it's a long weekend somewhere, or spent all my vacay days on the trip. I must, must, must!

I do NEED to take a vacation from work because I believe that its necessary for my mental health....but I dont necessarily go somewhere all the time. Even just a small break staying home is better than nothing.

actually, until this year, DH and i never really had the time to take (position changes/saving for the wedding) all that stuff kind of stood in the way- but now were more than making up for it

Im the type of person who has to take a VACATION at least once a year.
Even if they are small getaways, i think that vacations are important to take and good for your well-being, even if its for a few days.
