check out one of the homes we looked at this weekend
it might be out of our range but it was one of the houses we looked at in south setuaket!

we missed it today. we drove around the neighborhood yesterday and we took the paper that said take one yesterday and we were going to go back today and we went to one open house today in that neighborhood and we totally forgot about this one today and we went looking in sayville today at houses.I can kick myself for missing the opening house!

if they had an open house today, then chances are someone's putting in an offer already!!! that's a nice house, decently priced, in a great school district!

Don't wait for the open house. Leave a note in their mailbox asking them when the next one is because you're interested. Get out there & get your house!
