What is your work chair like?
I started a new job, and I have this flimsy low-back chair with no arms. It is killing my back. I always had high-backed chairs with arms before.
What do you have at work as your chair?

I have a nice high back, firm custioned chair (no arms) but I needed the company to order it after I hurt my back!

that is horrible! you sit there for 8 hours a day or more!
honestly, they just bought us AWESOME new chairs. they came with instructions. HermanMiller Aeron chairs. Just my department got them. They are very pricey but extremely highly rated. they had budget they HAD to spend. I love this chair, I wish I had it for my home computer, but they're like $800!

What's so great about them is you don't even need cushions. They are like, above cushions!

Well, if you are planning to be there for a while, maybe they'd get you a new one. 
OR you cou ld break the chair. We used to only get knew chairs when old oen broke & there were no other old ones to switch with.
Our new chairs are orange, picked out to match the decor, so we can't get new ones.
I don't find them very comfortable, but they look like they should be.

I have a high back chair with arms, but since the arms do not move and cannot fit under my "table" (NOT a desk) I have to sit leaning forward. Oh and I have no drawers or anything for my bag and stuff!!

But Ivory with a blue cushion & no arms. It matches the desk set.
Also it is not comfortable!
