Crying over spilt milk
What a night! I got up at about 3:30 to pump. I was all done and then I wanted to transfer it from a bag to a bottle and as I poured it, there went almost 2 ounces down the drain. I almost felt like gold was going down the drain! Sad moment!

Re: Crying over spilt milk
I know how you feel. It's happened to me more than once. We also have a separate freezer and store milk in there (along with other things). DH didn't close the door one night (it popped open because he stuffed too much in there) and dozens of ounces of milk went to waste. Yes, I cried. Talk about a waste! BFing is difficult enough without setbacks like that.

Re: Crying over spilt milk
I spilled about 2oz this morning and I am pretty upset because that means I will probably have to use some formula today. I hate supplementing but it looks like today I will probably have to.

Re: Crying over spilt milk
God I remember that feeling so vividly. Luckily it was you that did it. When DH spilled some, I made it LOUD & CLEAR what that meant.
