Re: QUICK MATH HELP!!! TRIANGLE PROBLEM!!

Use the formula:
Sin 45 = opposite/hypotenuse

So the leg is the opposite side

opposite = hypotenuse x sin 45
opposite = 48.75 x sin 45

opposite = 48.75 x 0.707
opposite = 34.47

If you use a^2 + b^2 = c^2:

2x^2 = 48.75^2
2x^2 = 2376.5625
x^2 = 1188.28
x = 34.47

Re: QUICK MATH HELP!!! TRIANGLE PROBLEM!!

asquared + bsquared = csquared
asquared + bssuared = 48.75squared
asquared + bsquared = 2376.5625

since a and b are the same lengths,
asquared = 1/2 of 2376.56 = 1188.28125
a = 34.471455

b would be the same as a

Re: QUICK MATH HELP!!! TRIANGLE PROBLEM!!

once you have c, multiply c x c.
Divide that by 2
take the square root
that is the value of A and B (since they are the same)
