Unemployment question
A few years ago, I received a severance package but never filed for unemployment. Later I found out I could have.
Do you think it's worth trying to file for it? Can you do it retro?
We're talking about a few thousand bucks here.

I don't think unemployment is retro active. But I guess you can call your local office to check.

it looks like I will be getting about 6 weeks benefits due to me not filing in 2003! I should know in a few weeks.
