Well thats the thing. Vanessa wants a pool one day. So the property has to be at least big enough for that.
But this sounds like a good compromise. She would like the proximity to her job. Hell... we are totally ruling out NJ because she enjoys her work so much.
I am a Queens boy and even though I lived in buildings all my life... the houses in my area are 40x100.
Hey,
I think there is plenty of room in most levitt yards. Our house that we bought may be closer to the street, but it doesnt seem like it is...Our yard is wide and there is plenty of room for an extension, rear deck and a pool.
The great thing about levitt houses, are that there are so many things you can do to them....I have seen some in the area where we are moving that used to be capes and if you looked at them now, you would never of guessed they were capes.
Our Property is 64X100.

What a beautiful house! I am so jealous you have a fireplace! Is it gas? The kitchen is huge, which is awesome.

Nope it is a real wood burning fireplace! My mom saw it and told me when its snowing she os coming over for her hot chocalate in front of the fireplace I cant wait to be in. Its funny cause my parents cape is extended just like this one (the kitchen and back DEN area)

Your kitchen is extended like mine is but you have a bigger extension. On mine they just filled in the breezeway between the kitchen and the garage
