Do you take GNC Hair, skin, nails vitamins?
Great reviews on Drugstore.com. I need a little oomph! I think I'll pick them up on the way home! Any reviews from LIFers?

No but I was thinking about it. hmmmmm...let me know!!!
I already take a multiviatmin, iron pill(im anemic) and drink a shot gloss of aloe vera every morning.(it cleanses your system and is really improving my skin)

Really bad.. I take it either in a shot glass or mix it with ice cold water(not that bad at all). Anthony puts it in his OJ in the morning/ He says he doesnt even taste it...
I have a strong fear of getting older and looking older and not being healthy. I once saw an Oprah episode of elder woman who looked fantastic for their ages.Of coursr it has a lot to do with your diet and exercise regime, but one of them drank a glass of aloe vera juice....
Im just crazy. I started doing this when I turned 20.....Everynight I put on my face and body a homemade mixture of Nivea intense wrinkle cream, aloe vera, and cocoa butter...I really dont want wrinkles

You can also take Biotin pills for your skin they were great!! I have been taken them for the past 9 years!!

Also...wear sunscreen. I wear Bare Minerals makeup with SPF15, and when I'm out or at the beach I wear block....but I do like to be a little tan in summer. I also wash my face with rosehip cleanser and apply straight grapeseed and rosehip oil at night! (lavitton.com)!

I was taking b5...but I'm going to stop because i was really megadosing. Hence, my interested in the overall formular of the gnc stuff!

Yup I wear sunsreen even in the winter....
And I also use Bare Minerals...its the best!!
 Im so ordering the grapeseed oil...

I have the entire kit for oily/combo skin--the facial cleansing oil, the eye oi, and the face oil. Use the cleanser with dry hands and apply on a dry face...it melts off everything! Oh, and I do not....but thank you!!!! Kisses!!!
