Vitamins that give you faster hair growth/better skin?
Have you taken anything that's helped you in these departments? My hair grows so slowly and my skin is just okay - it could look better.
Any suggestions?

prenatal vitamins are great for that too
yeah my co-worker had told me about taking them and that they're good for hair, nails, and skin cause they contain all of the vitmins since it's a multi-vitamin

My doctor and nutritionist recommended the following for hair, I take all of them once a day:
Zinc
Biotin
Flax Seed Oil

They do.. Ive been taking them for about a month now... I really like them!
Im also using Nioxin for my thinning hair LOL

I don't know about the gaining weight thing, because I was preggo when I was taking them  and I took ones with citracal in them so the constipation wasn't a prob... my hair and nails grew like CRAZY!

PRENATALS!!! my hair has gotten so long!!! I just took my wraps off so I can't tell you much about the nails yet, they are still pretty bad.
