Its gorgeous and there isnt really anything that has to be done once someone else buys it! I say someone is going to snatch that up in a heartbeat!

Did you put it on craigslist? Sellers seem to do really well there.

Yes I listed it on Craig's list but you can only put 4 pictures...so I was kind of limited. Hopefully we will see it fast. I figured I would start with LIF/LIW since I'm here all the time!! LOL
I would LOVE to list it on www.mlsli.com but I dont know if I can since I'm not a realtor - anyone know?

the house is beautiful and you won't have any problems selling it! have you listed it in Newsday? That's probably all you'll need, along with a sign out front!

thanks ladies!
I'm going to list it in Newsday this week as well and put up a sign in front of the house. Plus maybe put some signs and flyers up around town too. 
We signed contract yesterday soooo we really would like to sell ASAP!

You can not list it on MLSLI.com That is only for realtors. Sorry! Try the pennysavers too maybe.

Yes, we went to contract yesterday on the other house so now we are officially selling our house.
I have it listed in Newsday and FSBO. Wish us luck!
