What time do you go to bed and what time do you wake up in the morning?
Just curious. I really think old age is getting to me, I recently started to go to bed before 10PM and I wake up at 5:30am. I feel so old!

I try to get at least 8 hours, but I need 10 hours to feel good.
Sleep around 10-11pm, wake up at 6 or 6:30am.

Before pregnancy usually by 11:00 - up around 6:00. Now my sleep is all off...

wake up 6:30AM
it is always hard to get up independent of what time I go to sleep!

I'm usually in bed sometime between 10:30 - 11:00 but don't fall asleep until 11:30 - 12:00. I wake up at weird hours in the morning. Each day is different, I no longer even use my alarm clock

Wake up... 4:30 or 5 am (depends upon if I have a morning dr. appt.)
Go to sleep.... between 8 and 9 pm.

GO to bed around 11:30-12:30.... wake up around 7:45, 8:00am.

Get up at either 6 AM or 4:45 AM, depending on the train I need to catch.

Usually go to bed at 10pm (during the week) and wake up at 6:30am. But nowadays being preggo, I'm sometimes in bed as early as 8:30pm

I play catch up on the weekends when I could (I know there is no such thing as catch up when it comes to sleep)
but I have been doing it soooo long I am adjusted..
