Need help with girls' names!!!!
DH and I have come up with a boy's name, but we have yet to settle on a girl's name that we really love (both first and middle names).
Our last name is a southern last name, and it's only got one syllable and starts with a C.
Does anybody have any ideas on good names? Help!!!

Are last name is sort of the same - starts with a C and is one syllable
We decided on Alison Nicole
We also had on the back burner:
Lauren Nicole
Brooke Nicole
As you can see we liked the name Nicole alot:
We were also thinking
Nicole - but we not sure of a middle name.

My 2nd fav was Ashlynn, that sounds so pretty and southern. My DH wanted a more Italian family name, hence Gianna.

Not really much help from me but I would go with a 2 syllable first name if you last name is 1. My guess is your gonna have a boy We are having a girl and before we found out, we were set on a girls name but couldn't decide on a boys.

With a short last name you could go with a longer first name.

Yeah, I'm trying to come up with a first name that has a couple or a few syllables (because my name, Ann C____ is so boring!!!)
I like all kinds of names; it's DH that's the picky one 
I would love to pick an Italian name because I'm half Italian, but that just wouldn't go with our last name at all. And there's already a number of Allisons in DH's family, and a co-worker's daughter just had a girl and named her Sydney. So those are out
My sister suggested Savannah, which is perfect, but I can't for the life of me think of a middle name to go with it!!!

Savannah is pretty. I like a simple middle name with a longer first name. What about:
Savannah Jane
Savannah Nicole
Savannah Lynn
Savannah Marie
Savannah Joelle
Savannah Anna

What do you all think of Savannah Cynthia? DH's mom's name was Cynthia, and she passed away about 7 years ago....I've been trying to incorporate it as a middle name, but it's been hard trying to find a first name to go with it....

Charlotte is nice but it's another city name. So Savannah Charlotte would be a little overkill!
