You shouldn't let stuff like this bother you. For as much crap as I have given on this website... I have hardly been harassed on this website.
But some idiot on LIW recently started messin with me. I have a good idea who it is anyways... but after the "fakie" said something stupid to me in a FM... my response was appropriate and the person hasn't said jack since. 
Remember people like this will take great joy if you leave the site cause they will feel that they won.
But trust me when I say from first hand experience that you will aggrevate this mystery person more if you stick around.

but, in this case, it's affecting her health and peace of mind....it it so important that she keeps relaxed and stress free during this time.

I appreciate the advice, but this isnt the first time its happened. This has happened many many time on the boards and via FM.
Now, its become personal with this person. WIth their so-called "information about my past" BS. Which I'm sure is inaccurate anyway - my life just isnt that exciting.
But, I want to know, once and for all, who this person is. Its slanderous and I have just had it.

I am sorry i am sure it is easy to sit there and say that this shouldn't bother her but THIS is scary. THIS IS TOTALLY INVASIVE to the point to fear. And i can see why she would be this way!

But yes, this is making me fearful of my saftey - the rason being, this person knows what I look like, where I live and other information from this site and who knows where else.
I'm woorried - who knows what else they will do next and yes, it is totally invasive to the point of fear.
ETA: I think its best that I leave LIF while this is resolved. I dont know what steps will have to be taken but I'm not going to stop until I get answers.

Kathy, I don't know you very well, but I have loved reading your posts and looking at pics of your beautifully decorated home.
I wish you a healthy pregnancy and hopefully you will return to the ranks of LIF and let us share in the joy of your new baby as we have shared in your other joys.

Why this person felt that we would give a flying f*ck about what they had to say is BEYOND ME. Which leads me to think that this was just a obnoxious stunt to make Kathy freak out and be embarrassed.
Goal NOT ACCOMPLISHED. And although i can understand why she needs to step away from this crazy bs...I hpe that she gets answers and i hope that she feels safe to return!

I was out all day and away from the computer. I don't know what happened but this is INSANE!!! As much as we will miss you and hope you don't leave, you do need to do what is good for you. I can't believe someone out there would be this sick and demented. Is this what a person gets for helping people and being friendly on a chat site? I can only imagine what you have been through if you are that upset. This is too much to handle on any given day but especially since you are pregnant.
I will miss your advice and input on the boards. I really hope Ron turns over whatever files are necessary so you can find this person and press charges.

I hope Ron and the LIF staff do something about this. Its crazy! We aren't in High School anymore! We are all adults and apparently one of us needs to grow up!

Cyber bullying, which is what this is, is serious, and I'm not sure if people know each IP address can be traced, so no one here can hide under a fake name and think you won't be found out. Your IP address is your fingerprint that can lead police or lawyers to exactly your location and to the history of your computer.
