Re: Cleaning question

I use a sponge for dishes and a rag for the table/countertops. I always put my sponge in the dishwasher!

Re: Cleaning question

Oh no!!! I use either a different sponge- due to the bacteria you can spread from the food on the dishes sponge or the lysol kitchen wipes.

Re: Cleaning question

Different sponge....

On the stove and counters, I mostly use the abrasive side to scrub stuck on stuff and then wipe it down with Clorox wipes.

Re: Cleaning question

I always use wipes. Probably not best for the environment, but definitely best germ-wise. I buy wipes that are specifically made for stove-tops and then I use the Clorox wipes for the countertop.

Re: Cleaning question

I use a paper towel and windex (the industrial kind from Home Depot) to wipe down the stove and counter top.

Re: Cleaning question

I never thought of putting the sponge in the dishwasher. I know that it grows bacteris so I end up changing them often. I have to try putting it in the dishwasher. Thanks!

Re: Cleaning question

I use a Dobie Pad for dishes
a one sided Scrubby sponge to clean the stove and countertops and tablecloth
and a plain sponge to wipe the floor if something spills.
