Here's my take on employee discounts. They are nothing but invoice which you should be able to get from any dealer anyway. At least that was my experience. Good Luck!! I had 2 jeeps and was happy with them both times. I just needed a change so I got something different this past time.
Employee pricing is usually 3-5% below invoice.
Meaning employee for the car company? That's not what I meant. We got Ford discounts through my job and it wasn't that great of a discount.

My discount is pretty good actually for Nissan... it is 2.87% BELOW invoice. The price of a brand new Altima is just a few hundred more than what my brother paid for a used 3 year old one. For Mazda, my discount is just invoice price. Jeep is 1% below invoice.
That's great for a Nissan!!!
