I have found that lately, I do. I didn't even notice I was doing it. At first, it was internal, and I knew I was doing it. But somehow it's become completely verbal.

I used to a lot, even while I was in labor.
I'm not sure but I think that when she was born and now that she is bigger, we definitely have a very special connection.

Well, I usually say something like, "Don't you talk to me like that! There's a baby in the room!" Or my personal favorite.."Oh, are you carrying an extra life with you? Well, when you ARE, THEN you can NOT empty the dishwasher!"

I did with my first pregnancy but I am so busy with my toddler that I hardly get a minute to sit down and relax. And then when I do, I'm exhausted.

Yes! We both do.. I let her listen to my IPOD, she loves the band Staind and Pearl Jam ( I always get so much movement..) My dh and I both read her books.. When her butt is lodged in my ribs I ask her nicely to move...

Totally! I talk to her all day! I tell her what we are doing that day, how I am feeling, what I am thinking, I tell her about the family and how we all love her and cannot wait to meet her and anything else I can talk to her about  Sometimes DH and the family will talk to her too

Sometimes DH and I talk to my belly. I always say that I will handle all money and contract negotiations when the New York Mets come looking to sign up our boy.
DH is like "why can't he be a Football player"...I was like "well little Matthew already told me he wants to be a baseball player, maybe if he was inside your belly he would tell you that he wants to be a football player".

LOL!!! Funny, even when I was 9 montsh preggo, I still had fat rolls. . I guess that actually isn't funny at all
But Rach, in answer to your question...I used to talk to my belly all the time when I was preggo
