I feel like I couldve written every single post on here
It's such a struggle and I am so not prepared to go into summer weather on Friday. I'm really excited for vacation - but so don't want to be in summer clothes right now!! You guys have read my vents in the past couple of weeks for my searches for shorts and bathing suits.
I've lost about 20 lbs since Jan and the weight loss fluctuates back and forth.

Another one here!! I tend to eat healthy, just large portions and don't find the time to exercise. I've gained 15lbs since my wedding and quitting smoking and I'm so uncomfortable in my own skin. I also refuse to buy bigger sizes with the hopes to get back into my skinner clothes. I have 12 pairs of slacks that I wore last year and don't fit into anymore. It's depressing!

aww sweetie, that just made me so sad. DO NOT feel that way. I thought this way before my HM..then I said, screw this, Im gonna think about nothing but having a good time. I ignored all the skinny people...and when I went to the pool, sorry to say but I would look for someone I felt looked worse then me and think well I 'm not judging her so no one is looking at or judging me...and I had a blast and let go of the weight worries for a week.

G-d...I have more weight to lose than any of you could imagine. I am so disgusted with myself, feel SOOO unhealthy...yet do I Stop eating? Nope.
What the h-ll is it going to take??

I gained weight since I got married. It is depressing, especially nearing summer. I finally decided to do something about it. I think you just need to find a point, something that makes you reach that point where you are self-motivated enough to do something about it. For me it is a wedding in June and my high school reunion. I am disgusted about people seeing me after not having seen me in years.

I feel the same way. I don't want to leave the house someties and the WORST is seeing people I haven't seen in awhile
