Just make sure to think positive thoughts...it's important for you and baby. I'm sure everything is fine, it's so tiny and I'm sure it's common for them not to be able to see it yet. You are sooooo early. My doctor wouldn't tell me ANYTHING until I came back for my 6 week visit, so don't worry!

UPDATE:
Houston, we have a yolk sac!!!
They were able to CLEARLY see the gestational sac and yolk sac today and my RE said everything looks great!!
I've never been so happy to see a little white dot in my life!!
We go back in one week to hopefully see the heartbeat!!
