Splenda, Equal or Sweet & Low?

Also, do any of these give you any physical problems?

All of them give me all kinds of gastro problems. That may be TMI...

I usually use Equal bc it's found at most places. If they have Spenda then I'll use that.

ETA: Not sure what you need to sweeten, but you can use honey in some instances.

splenda for me!! it doesnt have the same aftertaste as equal & Sweet n low

Yup - I use splenda as well and prefer it the most.

I use sweet n Low.
Probably cause my mom did and been using it for years.
I dont like the taste of Splenda Or I would have switched cause I dont like the idea od sweet n low everyday as its not known yet to be 100% safe but I dont use too much of it. Only for Coffee

for baking/cooking I use regualr sugar

I use SPlenda & Equal. I hate sweet & low. I don't think it has any effects on me. I know it's not good for me but I prefer that than real sugar, since when I use real sugar I OD on it.

I'm probably one of the only people who absolutely hates Splenda. Any food that has it (ice cream, pudding, etc) I cannot stand.

I used to add either Equal or Splenda to my coffee, tea, etc. (and would drink diet soda containing either product) but starting this past January I cut out ALL artificial sweeteners and I have to say, I feel a HELLUVA lot better as a result of it.. No more tummy issues, my headaches got a lot better. Of course I'm not sure its entirely related, but I haven't missed it either so I'm happier off the stuff.

I will add one sugar to my coffee now, and I don't drink soda at all (I hate regular) .. I'm just far too leary about all the recent studies coming out about artificial sweetners as well ..

I don't use sweetener in coffee or tea, but do drink diet soda with Equal or aspartame.

same here. sugar has so few calories, I just can't justify risking it with something artificial.

Yes, me too. I don't trust the artificials.

I once made brownies from Splenda and they smelled like chemicals I immediately threw them in the garbage and said no more... not worth the health risk.

If I'm not using regular sugar (which is my usual), I use Stevia, which is an all natural sugar substitute.

Splenda.. all the way! Before Splenda, I would not touch any of those sweeteners.

I don't like the taste of artificial sweetners so it's only sugar for me. I used to drink my coffee with sugar, but, now I've cut that. When I'm baking I will only use regular sugar.

I like soda sweetened with Equal. When I have tea I use a little equal and a little sweet n low.
