Cottage? I have no idea what to call my house
When you walk in you are in the LR, to the left is a small BR, keep going past the LR and you are in the kitchen, to the left is the one and only bathroom and also the master bedroom. Then there is a partial basement. That's it!

Contempoary split - which means you walk in on ground level into a small foyer - to the left in the den, head up 5 steps to the
LR, DR and kitchen, then over to the left upp 5 more steps to the BRs and baths.

I live in a "farm ranch" It's a Levitt house. Gotta love that cheap a$% Levitt. Pipes at 90 degree angles, weird closets-no basement
