MINE DOES! 
Just because its a good deal, he is buying it!
The most recent purchase, a navigation thingy for our truck. I dont NEED THAT nor care to have one. I use mapquest.
Anyways, Im mad but it cant go back. I need to KICK this habit.

DH splurges for himself on things like season tix to the Mets which certainly is NOT a necessity. 
I buy smaller things we don't need, like 10 binders because they were on sale for 50 cents.

If it's some kind of gadget....my husband wants it. One of his favorite stores is Brookstone. Or if it's a watch...I can't even tell you how many watches he has and according to him....he doesn't have that many....
And about the navigation system.....my husband just got it for me about two months ago and I actually love it. I'm like the worst for directions..you tell me West...I'm heading South.....
Another thing that I love about it is that no matter where you are, you can find all the amenities around a place...from parking...to all the restaurants surrounding the area....shopping...etc...
I gave up in trying for him to kick this habit....

You are going to like it. If you make the wrong turn for example, it reprogram itself and it takes you to your destination through a new route according to the turn you just took. You'll never get lost or not know the places around the area you are with this. And if you are looking for a certain type of restaurant or you are in an area that you are not too familiar with, you can find out what's around there...or it tells you the nearest gas station and it even give you the address and the phone numbers of the places....this is very helpful with the restaurants and you are planning to go to any of the ones given....
And they should hang out together. I think my husband is past obssessed with watches. I guess it's one of those things that he loves.

Oh it was almost Mets AND JETS!!!!!
Between parking, beers, and the season tix, it is thousands and thousands of dollars a year!

Ummm, totally!!!
Last night he discoverd the Dollar Tree around the block. Well, Mr. Thrifty decided to spend $15.00 on what he considered an "awesome deal" on Soda. 6 cans of XYZ brand for $1.00. Well, he popped the top on one of those babies and discovered it tasted like FLOOR POLISH!! Couldn't buy just ONE dollars worth and see if he liked it or not
Now I have 89 cans of Scuzito Soda. Maybe I'll put them out at the Halloween Party. If folks are drunk enough, they might not notice how bad it tastes!
