My little baby Valentine!!
It's a girl!! My doctor talked me into getting induced on my due date, which was 2/14, as it turns out I went into labor on my own that morning....the second child (delivery) is way easier than the first, that's for sure!! I endured the contractions for about 3 hours, until I thought I would lose my mind if I had to feel one more, then I got the epidural (which sucked - I'm so afraid of that damn needle) and fell asleep. All of a sudden I felt pressure and she was ready to come out!! I only pushed through 4 contractions, about 12 pushes, and there she was!! I was 100% sure it was a boy - I was shocked!! But, I am so grateful to be able to give my 18 month old daughter the sister that I never had. AND, I am so pleasantly surprised by how amazing she is with the baby, she has been wonderful! here are some pics for you!!
