are you cooking? You could make the mashed pototoes with some stock instead of milk and butter. In desperation I have actualy made mashed pototoes in the past using non dairy creamer=came out good, a little sweeter than normal mashed pototoes.
Pie, I hate crust, you could eat fruit pies, just lay off the buttery crust, or even better, weight watchers has an awesome recipe for crustless pumpkin pie, maybe they have something like that to make a fruit cobbler.
For stuffing, I know i make my moms recipe that the only dairy is butter, but you can substute olive oil to saute up the veggies that go into it.
I def feel for you Thanksgiving is my fav holiday for food!

This is totally do able sweetie,
chicken broth tastes so yummy in mashed potatoes, I make them like that even when I am not on the milk-free diet and then use Fleishman's Light marg in the tub (with the blue top, it is dairy free and buttery tasting).
You can make pies, pumpkin pie, their is the quick pir mix by Libby's and you just use soy milk in the mix and use graham cracker crust (all-ready made)
Stuffing use milk free rolls, seasoning, margarine and if you need breadcrumbs use a brand named "Jason" I got them at King kullen they are dairy free.
