You have no idea what I went through with them. The gym WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.. I called them to cancel my membership (after my year contract was up) and they continued to charge me everymonth. This went on for 6 MONTHS And when I asked for my 6months of payments back they told me no I never asked for it HUH... Ive been calling you for 6 MONTHS and I have to ASK for my money back
HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dell customer service has been pretty awful too - wait forever to be connected to someone in another country that I can't understand - but let's not start that debate again.
DH has had issues with AOL customer service too!

I took me 8 months for them to send me a paper bill... I asked for 8 MONTHS STRAIGHT!!!!!
They refunded me my late fees though

U-Haul!! They are horrible!! I moved a lot in college and NEVER had a good experience with them. Also my gas company-Vitale Gas-I have gotten into screaming arguments with theis woman that works there
