Definitely men... a lot less crazy drama and no catiness.

I lived in a house from age 8-early thirties with just my Dad and brother... ok, yes, they could be messy but if we had an argument it was minor, we laughed about it and it was over. Women can be ridiculous about the non-sense grudges they hold onto.

Men. They are not catty at all. I find women to be a backstabbing.

I would like to work with a mix of men and woman. Too much testorone in a room is no good. You need diversity. Men do not think things through. They have a vision and wind up F()Cking it up where a woman plans and details everything. She takes careful consideratio into the next steps where the men (at least in my office) just plan and plan and never think of the consequences that could happen if their plans fail (which we have had)

I would prefer to work with both men and woman because one comes up with the idea and the other makes sure it works correctly. It's a great team Chat Icon

all men... I am working at an office with all women (except bosses) and even though I get along with most of them, there are couple here that know how to cause drama...

I work with all women currently. We have one job opening and I have STRONGLY suggested that we get a male in here before all the hormones get to be too much for us!!!!

I understand where you are coming from- but this is why men will always dominate the business field.

I'm not sure I believe that men dominate the working field .... I just think that women are caddy and totally backstabbing for the most part.

(I've worked w/ some real bioatches and some really nice women. The really nice ones are a dime a dozen!)

I just think that some women don't know how to get where they want to go by simply doing a good job at what they do. They'd rather sell someone else down the river to make themselves look better...

Re: Would you prefer to work with men or women?

I find that when a man at work is my superior, he treats me like a colleague.

When a woman ia my superior, she treats me like an underling.

I HATE that I feel this way, but I do - I prefer working with men.

I have had both extremes - almost all men and almost all women, and I find that men can be "the boss" without shitting all over you.

It doesn't matter... but I guess I would prefer Men. Just for the sake of "better conversation".

Without going into detail... you just can't say the same things in front of women co-workers that you can say in front of men. Chat Icon

ha!
you don't know the men I work with... I'm like one of the guys to them Chat Icon I wish they'd curtail what they said 1/2 the time.

I find it funny that I can't have the same converstaion w/ the women.. I work in sports and LOVE Football/Basketball/Baseball and I can have a "Monday morning cooler" converstion about a game w/ any guy.... the women, none of them even watch!!!!

(I'm pretty sure you were not referring to sports though Chat Icon )
