I just spoke to my doc and she said I am measuring only 4 weeks not 6 weeks so this is probably why they cant see anything yet. But i might have a threatened miscarriage. So I am just gonna take it easy right now and get as much rest as possible and dont overstress myself.

I measured 2 weeks behind my original calculations at first too. I was told that a miscarriage was possible as well. IMHO, I think doctors say that so that IF anything DOES happen, they at least can say "I warned you".
Good Luck. And, as my doctor said, take care of yourself and rest. But, if it IS meant to be a m/c it will be. But let's hope it's NOT!
OH: and the funny thing now is that I am measuring 2 weeks ahead!!!
