How did everyone else do?

I got 30 min on the elliptical done. I was so tempted to skip it but I wanted to be able to post that I did it.

Ok so... I forgot to get the batteries for my elliptical Chat Icon. So I borrowed the batteries from Jake's swing and dragged my butt onto the elliptical for 20 mins at 10pm last night!! Ughhhhh...I am exhausted and sore all over today (mostly from my ab work 2 days ago) but that's a good thing, I guess. Wednesdays aren't going to be good for me, I might have to make that one of my off days.

Let me tell you, if it wasn't for this thread, I would have NEVER done it last night so it's working!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Good for you!! That's awesome!!! I'm right there with you... after running to the supermarket, and then playing with Alex, and then cooking dinner (which, mind you, I NEVER do) all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to sleep, but I thought about posting today, so I hunkered my butt downstairs and worked out 20 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins on the treadmill!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I don't know if I'll have time tonight because I have a gala to attend, but I'm going to try... if I can't, I'll wake up early tomorrow AM and workout (I'm thinking, if I write it in a post, I'm going to follow through with it, right?). I took last night off. I was soooo exhausted and sore that even if I wanted to work out I couldn't - my body was asking for a break.

But I am shocked and so excited that I already got THREE days in this week!! Chat Icon I'll be doing the elliptical tonight and prob shoulders and back...maybe I'll try it on the BowFlex tonight. Saturday is out for me this week but then Sunday I'll be doing my 1 hr Step tape.

I am in as well. We are adopting, and I decided I don't want to be a fat mommy...so I started yoga this week and then bringing my lunch and watching my food intake, and will add in more exercise...I am not even talking about it, just doing it....back to the gym!

Re: Workout Thread

I did my 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video --so that's 30 minutes of cardio!

I feel silly that all I can do right now are videos b/c I have no equipment at home and I don't belong to a gym.

I'm hoping once it's nice out to zip around the neighborhood with Andrew after his dinner...

I've been walking on the treadmil everyday for a mile, sometimes 2. I am so tired getting on and off... but I do it.

I dropped all my pregnancy weight after 2 months of giving birth, then went way down to high school weight, now I am up a little and want to just lose 6 pounds and get my *** into shape. So I'm on bored!Chat Icon
