I dip them in egg then italian style breadcrumbs and fry them in canola oil -- but lately I've also been adding Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to them and it makes them SOOOOOOOO good.
I also love the parmasean chicken recipe from the recipe board on here.
coat them in mayo
then parm cheese/breadcrumbs mixed, equal parts
then bake in the oven.
these are also kick @ss with the mrs. dash.

Flour, Egg, Breadcrumbs, cooked in vegetable oil.
