this was in Miami- end of March- 8 months after my last treatment
you can see the frizz - I flat ironed it alot- and the top was basically fine- but the underneath was curling- so it's puffy Image Attachment(s):

You look great Beth! No need to pay more than $200 EVER! I pay $100-$175 at my place, and it's $175 when it's super long or super curly!
I'm such a huge fan of Japanese Straightening! I'm going back in August to get it done again!

thanks everyone- I couldn't be happier with the results
I have learned my lesson- that paying more doesn't always mean it's better-
having my hair striaghten has changed my life- I know that sounds silly- but I used to skip the gym if I was having a good hair day and didn't feel like doing it again- and have to get up earlier just to do my hair
hate to go away- b/c my hair would never stay nice
all of these little issues have been solved

Beth... all the pics are really small, and you can't really tell the texture your hair was... do you think u can resize it?

I hope this works- the resizer makes all my pics so small
too big- I will have to try again

oh my god, this is my life!!! I do the same thing!!!
Do you have coarse hair? Mine is coarse and very thick...I already have some breakage, so I am worried to try this. I already use the flat iron all the time, which can't be good.
Any advice?

So that "frizz" pic is your hair blown out? Or just that wash & go, and it looks fuller than when you get the treatment?

Anyone know someone who didnt have curly/wavy hair and got the Japanese treament done?
My hair is kinda straight but if I dont blow dry it it will look sorta frizzy so it still takes about 20min, so not sure if this is something for me.
