I would go with your gut and take the one you want for less pay. After taxes its even less, and a piece of mind is priceless.

Congrats, what great news - and the best part - you are OUT of the city! I know that feeling well. I say go with your gut and take the one 3 min from the house. Yes, you'll save on gas $ and even lunch - you'll prob bring your own and not buy like everyone does in Manhattan.

My DH says get out of the city and he's glad I have the opportunity to do it now that we have the baby. He said we'll make it work...and I know we will.
