I have no idea how to spell it. My cousin is a PT and she said almost all new Moms get this pain in their wrists from picking up the baby "wrong".

How is that healing? I was wondering about you the other day. 
I have problems with my left shoulder. For years I had been lugging my heavy tote to work and in the last several months I've noticed that it hurts a lot. Also, when I am laying on that side, I notice that it "pops". It's a gross but cool feeling.  I really should see a doc about it but now I am trying to alternate sides more.
