Yeah, I eat a lot of fruit and veggies, but totally lack in protein.

Yes- I've learned that I have to shop for it 2-3 times a week and buy smaller quantities. Or I buy some things canned, like pineapple. It still tastes really good, and if it's canned in its own juice (which I drain out anyway) instead of syrup it's still low-fat. Some things, like apples, keep longer.

I eat them every day. I try to eat berries a lot (tons of fiber and good antioxidents - the darker the berry the better). But today I have 2 nectarines.

We pretty much always have a vegatable with dinner ( usually, carrots, brocolli or corn)--lunch it depends what I get & fruit I used to be better whith when I did the grocery shopping. DH doesn't it it at all, so it is harder for him to judge what's good, etc.
