They are banked every year.

I get 3 weeks vaca (plus one week at Christmas and time off for Easter)
Fridays off during the summer and 9-4 hrs.

(I used to have 16 days, but after 5 yrs I got an extra week)

11 vacation ( 10 plus your birthday to be used anytime after your birthday or the day of)
Misery loves company...glad to see I'm not the only one with crappy vacation time.....

10 vacation days for me
Been here 6 years & they never increase vacation time

(plus all company holidays)
also, we get out at 1pm every friday during the summer.

I get 2 weeks PTO (sick, personal, vaca)
But between comp times and carry overs I have almost at 3 weeks and I need to to start taking days off otherwise I wont be accruing more time. Once I hit 120 hours which will be 15 days I am fully maxed out on accrual and can not accrue time until I start taking days.
What a dilema I need to take days off
