Where do you buy your meat?
Do you go to a butcher, specialty store or super market?I love to get it at Fairway, sometimes I'll get it at Costco or the supermarket if I don't have time to get there.

butcher for anu "good meat": such as veal, filet mignon, etc, but burgers and chicken sutlets are from Waldbaums

I buy ALL of my meat at the butcher! Since I bought it there once about a year ago, I won't go back to the supermarket. The difference is unreal! There is a butcher/deli by my job, so when I go in to get lunch, I will usually pick up some sort of meat for dinner. It is a difference of night and day to us, the quality and taste from the butcher as opposed to the grocery store!
