How do you address your MIL and FIL in cards?
Do you say "mom" and "dad" because I didn't in my holiday card and my MIL confronted me about it. I hope she doesn't think I am calling them mom and dad.

I call them all by there first name
I say them all cuz FH parents are divorced and remarried so he has a step mother and a step father

I try to avoid calling them anything, but in cards I write Mom and Dad since it's from DH too. MIL told me she'd like it if I called her mom, but I just can't.
Now that we have a baby I just say Grandma or Grandpa, it makes it much easier.

I used Pop and Pat, what DH calls them (Pat is FIL's girlfriend)
I call him Joe usually but refer to him as Pop.

DH writes out the cards to his family, so he writes Mom and Dad, but I call them that anyway, so that is what I would write.

thats an interesting question. I call my inlaws by their first names but if i were to write them a letter, card, note etc... I would write Hi, or start my sentence. I do that alot in emails. As far as cards, I make my DH do it!

Well I don't send out holiday cards, but I would only write mom and dad if DH was singing it. If I would write something, I would address them by their names. I call my inlaws by their first names. I only have one mom and had one dad and no matter who I marry, that won't change. I love my in laws, but they aren't MY parents, so why should I call them mom and dad. JMO.

Mom and Dad, I did it this way as soon as we were engaged. DH and I send one card from both of us for all occasions so it would be wierd to write anything else but I do call them mom and dad.

I write Mom and Dad ONLY because JT's name is at the bottom, as well. If it was just a card from me, I would use their first names. I will never, ever in my life call them mom and dad. NEVER EVER.

Same here. They introduced themselves using their first names - something I didn't get used to until the 3rd year. I would just avoid calling them anything.
If I was writing a card out back then, I woudlnt' have put their name in the card & left the envelope blank or addressed it to Mr. & Mrs. LastName to mail.l

i get along Great with them- i just dont know what to call them... i think i've actually 'called' them by a name or some sort of label *maybe* 3 times since DH and i have been together

Since DH and I got married, I call his parents Mom & Dad, so I either address cards to them as Mom & Dad or Yaya & Papou (sp?) greek for Grandma & Grandpa.....
but with my ex husbands parents, it was always Mr. & Mrs. ____ !

Mom & Dad and sign with DH's name first. I don't call them that though. I call them grandma and grandpa now that we have a child. Before that it was just "Hey, how are you?"
