i hate to ask again but i am not having a good night

i am really missing him tonight some weird things have happen today that really gave me the chills and he has been on my mind all day i left my sister's in coram tonight and cried the whole way home when is this going to get any easier i feel so alone sometimes, then mad, angry, then i cry again. i hate this

sorry guys i know i post about it to much but in 2 days it will be 4 months

I am sorry that you are going through so much. I cant say I understand because I dont. Did you try to go to grief counseling? I know my friend and her mom went after her dad passed away and it did help. I know my friend's mom even met some good friends therre.

It really sux having to go through this...and even though I feel the same way as you do...like when is this going to get easier????...I do think it will get easier...I just don't know when that's going to be.

I do think that by letting people know how you feel and not holding your emotions inside, that will help you through this...

thanks guys this is something that gave me the chills today:

today on my way to my sisters, i got in the car. my radio tells you what song is on, radio staion and song that is playing. well, i had z 100 on and where it tells you the name of the song, it just said Janet. and never changed the whole way to my sisters. i stopped at a gas staion to get coffee, kryssy was a little freeked by it saying that changed the staion and when i got back in i was flipping threw the staions again , and when i got to z 100 it still just said Janet

Janet, I don't know if it ever gets any easier. My father died over 5 years ago and my mother still has trouble getting moving in the morning. Have you thought of talking to a counselor or joining a berevement group? There are many groups that cater to younger women.

i have looked into them but for me they do not help. i can't listen to others and not turn my attention to there pain and deal with mine. i also have had my fair share of problems with therpst, besides i have my girls and guys here

Janet, I am so sorry. I can't even imagine what you are going through. NEVER apologize for feeling sad!!!

Like someone else said, I can't say that I understand what you are going through but I know that eventually it will be easier than it is right now.

Janet....I am so sorry. I don't quite know what to say either but I can offer you You are such a strong woman. I can't even imagine going through what you have gone through. Things will get easier but it takes time. You will be okay. You have all of us to help you out. Hang in there!!

thanks again guys!! i am feeling a little better right now. i am comming down off my low. i really would not know what i would do with out you guys! you have all been soooooo supportive, and i know i can speak for those who have and still are suffering a huge loss, that you have all become part of my family and i THANK YOU ALL FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME THANK YOU

oh god janet, im so sorry. i cant even imagine what you must feel like.
im sure the fact that theres a date in 2 days doesnt help. you cant HELP but think about it. i hope it gets easier for you.
