10 Years Ago Today ...
was my first date with DH. He took me to Prima Pasta in Howard Beach then to the Empire State Building and kissed me at the tippy top  We were 19 and in college. We were on an off for 2 years and after a 6 year hiatus got back together for good when we were 25. Funny how life turns out

When I first dated my husband he was extremely romantic. He would copy poems in the library and leave them on my car at school for me to find. He worked in a florist and I got a weekly (sometimes twice weekly) delivery of beautiful arrangements. He told me recently I was his first love. I wish he'd do more of that stuff now!

wow! I am impressed. About 10 years ago, my 18 yr old DH told me, "I hate the word girlfriend, it sounds so final" So he has gotten better over the years.
If you DH did all that then he has it in him. He just needs a spark underneath him.
