my firm doesn't split the two I get 23 days total a year for whatever, but we accrue days every two weeks for the following year that we can borrow from. I also work from home 2 days a week so if I'm sick I can still work from home and not use my days.

I get 19 total days off, taht includes sick and vacation for the first 2 years, then it jumps to 26 days

I get 22 vacation days, 3 personal days and 8 sick days per year. But I have 30 sick days accrued (which is the max # of days you can accrue)

I'm at a realtiviely new job (2 years) My last job I was at for 8 years and had close to 6 weeks vacation
Our days are kind of lumped together, we don't get separate sick days vs vacation days.
Since I'm still new - I get 13 regular days, 2 personal/family emergency days and 2 discretionary holiday days.

12 sick days
They all accumulate. At 7 years (next year for me) vacation goes to 5 weeks.
Also on my anniversary every year I get a bonus of 1 day for every year that I've been here. (So at 5 years I got 5 days). That bonus stops at 7 years because then you accumulate more time.

I get 3 weeks vacation and 12 sick days.
eta: we get 8 sick hours per month. You can roll them over forever if you wish. However, you lose them if you leave the company.
