Okay I've got some kind of sinus cold going on so it's comfort foods all the way today. All I know is I really want a bagel right now and gosh darnit I'm going to have one!
Breakfast Dunkin Donut Plain Bagel DD Lite veggie cream cheese (This is going to cost me 9 pts but it's worth it!)

Dinner WW Chili!! Well this is the plan, I have to go the store and buy all the ingredients but I'm craving some chili tonight!

Yesterday was a stinky day for me. I totally didn't eat breakfast, I ate lunch then went home and pigged out like a crazy person I ended up skipping dinner because I felt so horrible. (not to mention I was FULL!)
Sooo...here's today's menu and I refuse to get off track!
Tuesday - 10/17
Breakfast Quaker WC Cinammon Oatmeal Coffee w/FF Half & Half
Lunch Subway Turkey OR Roast Beef (depends on what it looks like!) on Wheat, Veggies & Light Mayo
